I would like to take this opportunity to apply for any vacant post in your Human Resources

I am currently working as the Human Resources & Wellness Officer for Lifespan Diagnostics
and the Group HR for Asavela investments which houses three companies (Cerium Scientific,
Stone & Wood and lastly Isicalo Properties).
In reference to requirements that come with this position or job, I have the following:
• 4 years’ experience in the HR industry, 2 years as an HRO all rounder
• Experience with HRIS (Sage)
• Dealing with industrial relations matters (certification in handling disciplinary matters
and grievances from Business Eswatini, have handled CMAC and Industrial court
matters)
• Handling of all recruitment processes
• Managing pension and benefits administration
• Managing learning and development initiatives and Wellness program
• Implementing and monitoring PMS (performance management system)
I am young dedicated, self-driven and highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and
good communication skills.
