Teaching context: how to respond to customers who complain with good words and attitude

Level of learners : X Grade

Time : 50 minutes

Lesson focus: Speaking and listening

Number of student : 20

Aim: To practice students' speaking skills

A. Objectives: explain how the waiters serve customer problems

B. Basic Competency : students must understand the words that will be used in serving
customer problems

D. Materials : laptop and simple menu book

E. Steps of the Study :

1. Opening activity
- Teacher greets the students.
- Teacher introduces himself.
- Teacher check attendent list
- Pray together
- 15 minute

Teacher states the material to be learned and the benefits of the material

The penetrate or the goal : what the teacher expect from the sudent can master the abilities

1. Students are easier to memorize vocabulary

A. Exploration

1. The teacher gives understanding to students

2. The teacher will give students time to practice in the class for about five minutes, and
ask them to bring a pair of at least 2 members to a dialogue.

3. The teacher asks each group to come and do how to respond to customers when
complaining with the taste of cooking by using polite and good speech. 30 minutes

3. Closing activities

1. The teacher reviews the students' understanding of how to respond to customers.

2. The teacher asks students to make examples of group dialogue about how to
respond to customers well at home.

3. The teacher closes the lesson by asking students to pray together. this takes 10
minutes
