2. The teacher will give students time to practice in the class for about five minutes, and
ask them to bring a pair of at least 2 members to a dialogue.
3. The teacher asks each group to come and do how to respond to customers when
complaining with the taste of cooking by using polite and good speech. 30 minutes

2. The teacher asks students to make examples of group dialogue about how to
respond to customers well at home.
3. The teacher closes the lesson by asking students to pray together. this takes 10
minutes
