High Flow Filter Housings

High Flow Filter Housings are designed for large diameter and high flow rate
pipelines for high flow applications.The cartridges are high flow pleated filter
cartridges which have much more surface area than the conventional cartridges.Its
big pore ratio (as much as 50%) and straight-through type structure are suitable for
high flow and low pressure drop. This reduces the size and weight of the filtration
unit. Therefore, the cost of investment and operation cost is reduced. Further
more, the frequency of the filter cartridge replacement is also reduced to save
labor resources.
This High Flow Filter Housings have stand type and horizontal type. For big system
with flow over 1000t/h, horizontal type housings are better and usually it contains
the 60” cartridges.
