Way Forward
Agreement signing with 4 cities and one ambassador is done,
tomorrow, we will be finalizing and sending agreements to the
remaining franchisees and ambassadors
Start collecting CVs at your own, conduct first interview, Head office
will conduct final interview with them
 Place ECOT logo at reception
 Run social media campaign at your own cities after getting
approval from head office
 Must follow branding guidelines
 Head office will provide the Module handbooks
 Ask your trainers to share complete material session wise
Head office will provide 5 days training workshops to trainers in the
second week of January
 Portal is in process
 Final deployment will be shared soon
 Training will be provided to admission officer as a whole
 Head office will share final fee structure, brochure and poster
 Min. number of students in each certification from 7 to 10
 If it’s less than 7, then students will be transferred online
 All the franchisees should share the total student with head office
 Certificates will be issued from head office
