Agreement Overview
AbmaSoft is a privately held registered IT firm based in Lahore Pakistan, providing IT, Digital
Marketing, Accounting, Design, Multimedia, and Administrative remote professionals on a contractual
basis to its clients and associates globally.

This contract defines the relationship, role and responsibilities of the Intern hereafter called “Intern”

Terms of Engagement

Daily working hours: 8 Internship Department

Digital Marketing
Work days in a week: 5
Responsibilities
Minimum hours required per week: 40
Work in the digital marketing team to research,
Per hour rate: Rs. 100 design, execute and monitor different brand
promotions and digital marketing campaigns for
Total monthly hours: 160
AbmaSoft brands and of it’s clients or
Monthly Payment: Rs. 16000 associates.

Internship Contract & SOPs

1. Team leaders will assign Intern tasks and coordinate on day to dayprogress.
2. The Intern will use the Management Systems provided byAbmaSoft.
3. The Intern is bound to keep all business and sensitive informationconfidential.
4. TheInternisboundtosubmitdailytimesheetreportsandoruseAbmaSofttimetrackingsoftware,
whatever is decided by yourleader.
5. All the time spent by The Intern should beproductive.
6. AbmaSoft will approve timesheets in order to bepaid.
7. AbmaSoft will release payments to the resource on a monthly basis before the 5th of amonth.
8. This is a 3 months probation agreement unless terminated by anyparty.
9. If Intern is not available or wants to end the contract, he/she should give a 10 daysnotice.
10. IncaseofanybreachintheagreementoranyviolationofSOPsAbmaSoftcanterminatethiscontract with or
without anynotice.
11. 1 week trial - of the Intern in which both the AbmaSoft and the Intern have the option to end the
contract.Incasetheresourcecompletesthe1Weektrialhe/shewillhavetoworkforamonthandwill be paid
hourly according to the setrate.
12. IfInterndiscontinuesforwhateverreasonbeforecompletingamonth-AbmaSoftwillnotbeliableto pay for
the days the Internworked.
13. The Intern is responsible for his/her own equipment, electricity andInternet.

This contract is legally binding and is enforceable in the court of law of Pakistan.
