Niveen El Qabbahh Minister of Social Solidarity released a campaign entitled “at the first of it

a condition therefore, money in the card”, That the campaign aims to Raising the awareness of
the beneficiary families in the program of the Conditional Financial Support “Takaful”, Rising
their awareness by the Health, Educational and Social conditions that related to the Conditional
Financial Support program.
The campaign has two tendencies at the same time, The first: through broadcasting three different
announcements on TV addressing the Egyptian society generally and the beneficiary families in
“Takaful” specifically. The announcements are streamed on 35 TV channels at the same period,
that scheduled to be continued during February.

The second tendency: includes activities for the personal and direct communication with the
beneficiary families, Through the social pioneers, where million and 200 thousand flyers and
brochures were printed and distributed, containing a simplified explanation of the procedures and
conditions of the Financial Support program “Takaful”, in addition to designing and printing
posters in the health units and social units. In the future, the poster will also be hanged on the wall
in all primary care units of the Public Authority for Health Care, which provide health services
within the comprehensive health insurance program.
TV announcements and media articles contain common messages indicating to the conditional
support which refers to reducing poverty, improving the family's life, and enhancing their
children's ability to have a more promising future than their parents' present.
The campaign is expected to reduce dropout and child labor rates when families commit to
enrolling their children in school and to attend classes regularly, and also contribute to
promoting healthy behaviors, reducing the rates of effect of poor nutrition When families are
committed to attending health units, Healthy nutrition for children and breastfeeding.
It is syncing with broadcasting TV alerts, distributing readable media materials to families,
containing ideas and instructions that support families completely be informed by the
procedures required to help comply with the conditions, places to provide service, and how to
promote positive societal behaviors.
