Article (1) (Working days and hours)
Based on the mutual agreement and acceptance of Job Offer No
ST226988261AE dated 16/08/2022 Whereas the First Party
expressed his/her desire to contract with the Second Party to fill the
vacant position shown below, accordingly this offer is presented, which
includes the following:
1. The Second Party shall work for the First party in the designation /
profession of Software Developer in the UAE Dubai Ordinary working
hours 8 Hours.
2. The Second Party will undergo a probation period of 6 months
3. The First Party shall grant the Second Party a paid annual leave of
30 days .
4. The Second Party is entitled to get a weekly rest of 1 days with full
payment for the following days Sunday

Article (2) (Contract Details) )‫البند الثاني ( تفاصيل التعاقد‬

1.The term of this contract shall be 2 Years starting from 16/08/2022 ‫ وفي حال رغبة‬15/08/2024 ‫ وتنتهي في‬16/08/2022 ‫تكون مدة هذا العقد سنتين تبدأ من‬.1

Article (4) (Additional Terms) ) ‫البند الرابع ( الشروط اإلضافية‬

Any condition that violates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 33 of ‫ بشأن تنظيم عالقات‬2021 ‫ لسنه‬33 ‫يقع باطال كل شرط يخالف أحكام المرسوم بقانون رقم‬
2021 concerning the regulation of labour relations and the executive ‫العمل والالئحة التنفيذية والقرارات ذات العالقة المعمول به في شأنه‬
regulations and the relevant decisions in force in respect thereof sh
all be null and void.

Article (5) ‫البند الخامس‬

The Parties are bound to abide by all the laws and regulations in the
country, and to maintain public order and public decency. Imposing
any of the sanctions mentioned in the Federal Decree-Law on the
Regulation of Labour Relations, or its Executive or Implementing
Decrees, shall not hinder enforcing further sanctions mentioned in
other laws in case of violating such laws.

‫ وال يخل توقيع الجزاءات الواردة بالمرسوم بقانون بشأن تنظيم عالقات العمل‬،‫العام واآلداب العامة‬
‫او الئحته التنفيذية او القرارات الوزارية المنظمة من توقيع أي عقوبات واردة في قوانين أخرى‬

Article (6) (Declarations) )‫البند السادس ( اإلقرارات‬

1. The parties hereto acknowledged that they had thoroughly reviewed
and agreed to the articles stipulated herein
2. The provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning
the regulation of Labour Relations And Its Executive Regulations and
decisions implemented shall apply
