We confirmed here that we are requesting change of destination of

Merchandise mentioned bellow.

As per international rules we confirmed that we are holding the full set of the
ORIGINAL bls allow us to request this COD, same to be returned to your
Office a soon as COD be approved.

Please find full information necessary for your Documentation & Operations
departments, to Port of Loading, Port of Transhipment, and Port Of Discharge :

- vessel's name & voyage

- POL/POD
- freight prepaid or collect
- sailing date from POL
- B/L number
- whereabouts of Original Bs/L
- container number
- position of units (if still on vessel or already at destination) {1} {2}
- new POD requested

{1} Payment of local costs incurred (storage/demurrage/others) .

{2} if cargo already at destination. Confirm our understanding that COD
can not be performed without payment of fines and we must pay "local obligations"
and costs if any

Beside payment of the minimum fee of this COD US$ 350 which we understand
that it does not include shiftings and operation extracharges involved.
