Pleas keep in mind and apply these additional instructions:

1. Please don't forget to show in the Party Reference the number of IP under code Z03

2. You must add the IP number in the HBL

3. BL and OBL must have the same ISSUE DATE and DATE ON BOARD.

4. The OBL/MBL must show the CONTRACT NUMBER in document, and INCLUDE OCEAN FREIGHT

5. Send us copy of the final HBL and OBL, please don't send us any Draft.

6. SA must be send 3 days after cargo will be dispatched.

“You make wrapping service with black plastic and cargo must be palletized.” 
“You must issue one HBL By each IP number”
Remember to trigger status 8730 before 1300. If you follow this instruction, ComASN will capture
the correct BL number and return to GTN. (For buyer’s consol shipments)

Please refer to attached instruction and manually change the number of package in PO
orderline in order to revise BAL BL, and confirm by return once B/L is revised.

deadline, we will charge USD 150 per BAL to origin office as per guidelines

de despacho.

CONFIRMACIOND E BOOKING
Estimado Cliente,
Buenos días

Dando alcance al correo líneas abajo, luego de confirmar los detalles y disponibilidad de
entrega de la carga con el proveedor, procedimos con la solicitud de reserva ante la línea
naviera.
Por lo anterior,  comparto programación de la próxima salida disponible y confirmada por
la línea para  esta carga, una vez contemos con el documento de transporte estaremos
enviándolo para su respectiva aprobación:

Por otro lado,  por favor considerar que la confirmación de zarpe/embarque estará siendo
notificada con los respectivos detalles y programación de salida/llegada. Sin embargo,
amablemente le solicitamos tener en cuenta que la información de salida y arribo está
sujeta a cambios sin previo aviso por modificaciones en itinerarios, conexiones y tiempos
de tránsito de líneas navieras.
 Estaremos muy al pendiente de novedades, cualquier inquietud quedamos atentos.

Dando alcance al correo líneas abajo, comparto el Documento de Transporte que ampara
la carga en referencia para su respectiva revisión y aprobación.

Con el objetivo de confirmar la correcta elaboración quedamos atentos a su confirmación

en las próximas 24 horas; en caso de requerir algún cambio en el documento de
transporte por favor realizar la solicitud informando lo que se debe corregir  de la
siguiente manera: (Donde Dice: XXXXXXXXX  Debe Decir: XXXXXXXXX), para así proceder
con la solicitud a nuestra oficina de origen y regresar con el documento modificado una
vez sea posible.
Por favor tener en cuenta que en caso de no recibir comentarios  procederemos con el
mismo para dar cumplimiento a los tiempos límites de la línea naviera.
Agradecemos tener en cuenta que, luego de proceder con el documento de transporte,
cualquier cambio o modificación en la información relacionada en él estará  sujeta a la
aprobación y/o extra costo de la línea  naviera. Saludos!

Tomar nota que la revisión de los datos de la mercancía (peso, No. de bultos,
descripción, etc) son responsabilidad del shipper y el consignatario

sistema con la confirmación de zarpe, informo que  la carga en referencia a bordo tiene
estimado de arribo para el 10 DE NOVIEMBRE  de 2019  a la terminal de  SOCIEDAD
PORTUARIA REGIONAL DE BUENAVENTURA

Así mismo, comparto tracking del contenedor directamente de la línea naviera,

certificación de fletes y BL final para su control.
La confirmación de arribo llegará por nuestro sistema automático en un mail
independiente, sin embargo amablemente le solicitamos tener en cuenta que la
información de arribo está sujeta a cambios sin previo aviso por modificaciones en
itinerarios, conexiones y tiempos de tránsito de líneas navieras. Del mismo modo, y con el
fin de brindarles mayor información, los invitamos a realizar  tracking de sus embarques
por el link de rastreo/tracking en nuestra página web: https://onlineservices.kuehne-
nagel.com/public-tracking/, ingresando el número de BL y/o KN Ref. Citado en el asunto.
