    Dear Customer,

    As mentioned earlier today for AWB 057-45164534


    from DXB - DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
    to NCE - COTE D AZUR AIRPORT,
    according to the information available in our system, 2 pieces have arrived to NCE on truck MRS-NCE
    AF0188L/18APR (ETD 11:00 ETA 12:00LT.) and were notified on the same day to consignee.

    However, following with the request of your consignee, mentioning that the shipment has not reached NCE, we
    have started an investigation and we are waiting for the outcome from the involved stations.

    New information will revert back to you as soon as we are updated.

    Once again, we do apologize for the unexpected delay and for all inconvenience caused to you and your client.
