Hello!

I was scheduled to fly from Paris to Warsaw by Air France (flight AF1246) on July 28, 2023, but after I checked my
luggage, I was unable to fly due to health issues.

Please check files attached (file with name - hospital 01 and hospital 02).

As a result, I believed my luggage flew to Warsaw without me.

I have now reached my final destination in Kyiv, Ukraine.

I can't contact with Lost and Found service because the web-site of Air France does not find my Booking reference
and gives the error "Booking not found".

Please check file attached (file with name - Booking not found).

I called the Air France support service in Kiev (Ukraine) but they couldn't help me.

I called the airport support service in Warsaw but my luggage didn't flew to Warsaw without me.

I contacted with Lost and Found service by the web-site of Charles-de-Gaulle airport (CDG) but if I understood right
they can't help me.

Please check file attached (file with name - Lost! Luggages).

Please help me to find my luggage or pay compensation for lost baggage.
