Communicating Operational Teaching Strategies to
Enhance Academe’s Competency in Harnessing
Effective Results-Based PerformanceS
Continuous learning is the process of
learning new skills and knowledge on
an ongoing basis. On the other hand,
it involves self-initiative and taking on
challenges. Being adaptive in today’s
teaching–learning process also
means that one should be innovative
and ever-changing. And achieving
this depends on the willingness of an
individual to improve and discover
more that will benefit themselves. . In
line with this, Rosario Integrated NHS
regularly conducts LAC to suffice the
needs of the teachers and meet the
demands of the field.

Obtaining a new skill or improving
knowledge and understanding of
something does not have to be restricted
to formal training, to a certain extent, it
can also be met by working with others.
Thus, the 4th learning action cell of RINHS
in line with the Project Mentor aims to
clarify DepEd Memorandum No. 008,
s.2023 or the Implementation of the
RPMS- Philippine Professional Standards
for Teachers for School Year 2022-2023.
Likewise, this will also re-echo the MTDP
Version 2.0 participated by the Master
Teacher I of RINHS who will serve as the
resource speaker of the session.
Preliminaries
The session formally started at two
in the afternoon through an
opening prayer headed by Mrs.
Madeleine L. Awat, followed by
singing of the Nationalistic Song,
“Ang Bayan Ko” and other
preliminary activities such as
checking of attendance led by the
grade level chairpersons which

Medrano, Master Teacher I of RINHS.
Firstly, Mrs. Medrano pointed out
the difference between
integration within the curriculum
and across the curriculum. She
also gave clarification on the
types of integration applied in
the teaching process as well as
the ICT integration. Secondly, the

doing. More so, Mrs. Medrano comprehensively explain and shared
much learnings in the session.
Subsequently, an open forum followed
next for some clarification, where, Mrs.
Africa asked if the takeaways discussed
where intended also for proficient
teachers or only for master teachers.
The speaker answered that it can be
utilized by all teachers. Thereafter, Ms.
Maldo shared her insights from the
session and gave highlights on the
spirit of collaboration. Indeed,
enlightenment and clarity were evident
in the faces of the partcipants.
Mrs. Manalo, the school principal,
gave the challenge to the teachers
and it was accepted by the
teachers through Mrs. Abaja.
Certificates were awarded to the
speaker, participants and the
technical working group. Then, a
closing remark were given by Mrs.
Evelyn M. Caponpon, Head Teacher
III. At exactly 4:30 in the afternoon,
closing prayer was led by Mrs.
Madeleine Awat.
