 Gain a clear understanding of when to use "do" and "don't" in questions and answers related to the
present tense, as well as, when to use "does" and "doesn't" for the third-person singular form.
 Develop the ability to transform affirmative statements into interrogative sentences by using "do"
or "does" at the beginning of the question, followed by the subject and the base form of the verb.
 Strengthen your knowledge of how to respond to questions in the present tense using the appropriate
verb form.
 Enhance your skills in transforming affirmative statements into interrogative sentences by using
"don't" or "doesn't" at the beginning of the question, followed by the subject and the base form of
the verb.
 Become proficient in providing short answers using "don't" or "doesn't" to negate statements and
respond appropriately to questions. This will reinforce their understanding of the negative form in
the present tense.

Forming Questions and Answers with "Do," "Does," "Don't," and "Doesn't"

Instructions: In the Section 1, rewrite each sentence as a question and answer using "do" or "don’t." In Section 2,
rewrite each sentence as a question and answer using "does" or "doesn’t”.
