➢ CV Mangkuraja is a Commanditaire Vennootschap (“CV”) or limited partnership established under the

Indonesian Law.

➢ Our CV was founded on 27th March 2008 in accordance with Article of Association (“AoA”) No. 213
drawn up by Bambang Sudarso, S.H., Notary in Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara, East Borneo, Indonesia.
Our AoA have been amended several times, most recently through the Deed of Amendment to the AoA of
CV Mangkuraja No. 45 dated 18 July 2019 drawn up before Silvanus Deddy Nugroho, SH, M.Kn., Notary
in Samarinda and has been registered in the Registrar's Book of the Tenggarong District Court with Number
W18-04/94/HK.02.3/VII/2019 dated 22 July 2019.

➢ Our CV is own and managed by two individual, which consisted as follows:

• Mrs. Lilis Nurhasiani acting as the Director and the owner of 90% CV shares; and
• Mr. Ahmad Amirul Mukminin acting as the Commissioner and the owner of 10% CV shares.
