Brief Description of the Program:
Learning and Development (L&D) is a set of systematic and planned interventions or programs designed by DepEd to equip its workforce the necessary
competencies to meet current and future job requirements.
This program aims to:
1. Address an existing gap that affect the organization performance or develop competencies for the K-12 program.
2. Develop interventions applying a range of delivery modes.
3. Conduct/attend trainings or seminars to address gaps and issues in the department and to be a means of professional development for teachers.
