Each session is designed to maximize participant involvement, encouraging
participants to practically apply theoretical concepts

(Syndicate Groups)
Syndicate groups will be limited to 3-4 persons per-group to ensure everyone
has the opportunity to participate

(Case studies)
The learning materials provided to participants will be tailored to include case
studies and exercises relevant to Client. (eg: PNB, AKPK, TEKUN)

Evaluation Method Continuous assessment (eg: Assignment, presentation, report, written


reflection, quiz, test) and Final Examination.

Weightage:
60% Continuous Assessment
40% Final Examination
