• Course Guide – provides all the details of the course content, assignment
dates, contacts etc.

 Lectures and tutorials follow each other weekly and build on each other

Lectures more theoretical / conceptual framework

 Tutorials provide practical application of lecture materials (case studies)

 Together provide the subject matter for that week’s topic

Active participation is encouraged


Blended delivery approach
1. There will be weekly lectures - these are on site (only attend 1 per
your timetable). UK Lectures will be live-streamed and recorded.
Links will posted on Moodle every week.

2. The tutorials will be an on-site delivery.


Assessments
There are two assignments:
1. Group Presentation – Pass or Fail
20 minutes group presentation on a case study
10 minutes Q & A
Groups are assigned randomly

2. Report – 100 %
1500 word report accounting for 100% of the mark
Report must be written indivdually NOT in a group
Linking theortical content (lecture) to the case study (tutorial)

Deadline expected: TBC at 23:30

Pass mark: 40%

1. Group presentation
• Presentations are based on case study questions
• The tutor will place you into groups for presentations
• Timing: 20 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A
• Grading of presentations: Pass / Fail. Graded individually.
Structure: 10% workshare (you divide equally amongst
yourselves), 40% (content and research – theory), 10% (quality
of slides), 20% (delivery) and 20% (Answers to questions)
• Post presentation: Every student must upload the group
presentation slides on Moodle together with the Report by TBC
23:30.
• Those who do fail to upload their presentation slides will not be
graded

2. Report
• A 1500-word report, in which students explain how the case study that they
had presented in class is/or may be linked to theory/business context that
we discussed at the lecture.
• The Report is an individual work and should be written individually, NOT
in a group.
• The report should be uploaded on Moodle via submission point.
• The last date for uploading the Reflective Report is 23:30 on TBC.
• The report should be uploaded together with the Presentation and will be
graded together on Moodle.
