The report should include chapters on an introduction to the topic, statement of the problem and objectives, methodology, observations and findings, conclusions and recommendations, and references. Photographs, charts, and other supporting materials are required. Chapter 1 An Introduction about societal Project.( meaning, importance,etc…) Introduction about the broad area selected for the study. Introduction about the topic selected for the study. Chapter 2 Statement of the problem. Objectives and Need of the study Brief Information about the selected organisation/institution /village/ place /groups/ Department (private or govt)/. Chapter 3 Method/Methodology used for the study. (Either by using questionaries’/by survey/by awareness program/ by workshop/ by discussions/by training/by interactions). Chapter 4 Observations and findings of the study. Suggestions and conclusions/ recommendations based on societal project. References ( Links for any website, books, reports, videos used for the study)
Basic Guidelines for Report Preparation
1. The overall societal project report should be between 10 to 20 pages.
2. The report should contain photographs, charts, diagrams, pictures or any secondary data related to study( mandatory) 3. Report binding can be made with soft bind. 4. The Project report shall be prepared using word processor viz. MS Word with New Times Roman, 12 font size for explanation and 14 font size with bold and underline for headings. 5. Report shall be printed in the A4 size 1” margin on all the sides.
