Writing Structure - Inter 1

Structure to write articles and argumentative texts.

The first step to write a good text is to have a good planing.

● Theme (what's the text about?);

● Ideas (what comes to your mind?)
● Key words (which words do you think can summarize your ideas?)
● Topics you want to mention (complement your text with examples)

After planning, you start writing according to the correct structure:

1°Paragraph (introduction): Introduce the topic and summarize your ideas as "spoiler" about
what's coming in the next paragraph.

2°Paragraph: Develop your ideas and opinions and explain your point of view.

3° Paragraph: The other side of the opinion. (Every opinion has pros and cons).

4°Paragraph (Conclusion): Summarize the whole point of view and finish the text.

To have a good text, it is important to use connective between sentences and paragraphs,
so your text will make more sense for the reader.
