Pursuant to ARTICLE XII AMENDMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION’S BY LAWS

SECTION 1 - Amendment of the association's By Laws shall be done once the newly
elected faculty officers take their oath of office and if 2/3 of the body will request for the
specific article and section of the By Laws that they will propose to be amended.

ARRANGEMENT TO MITIGATE FEES ASSIGNED

TO BY-LAWS DEVIATED
FROM THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION

The following were reviewed and agreed upon by the officers and representatives:

Section 2 of ARTICLE IX MUTUAL AID SYSTEM is hereby amended to read as follows:

Sec. 2 Death of a Member- “The association shall collect 50% of the gross one-day salary
from every member to be given as mutual aid, plus wreath funded by the association.
However, this amendment does not preclude a member’s willingness to provide more than
the stated amount.”

ARTICLE X – HOSPITALIZATION AID is hereby amended to read as follows:

Sec. 1 Hospitalized member- “The following are basic delivery assistance to each member:
a. Each member will receive 80 pesos from each member if he or she is
hospitalized for 3 consecutive days with an attached document from said
hospital.
b. If it is discovered that a member is required to undergo any surgery from his /
her hospitalization he / she will receive an additional 70 pesos from each
member.
c. If a member is assigned to undergo an operation based on his consultation
with a specialist, he will receive 100 pesos from each member.”

Sec. 2 Hospitalized Immediate Family Member- “The association categorizes the immediate
family as the member’s parent and siblings not older than 21 years of age and unmarried for
single members; and members spouse and children not more than 21 years of age and
unmarried for married members.” The association shall collect a mutual aid of Php 20
contribution for the member’s immediate family hospitalized for three (3) consecutive days.

Sec. 3 Emergency Hospitalization Financial Aid- “The association shall provide financial aid
of Php 2,000 to the economically-challenged member upon his/her “emergency confinement”
which will be less than three days hospitalization. However, for his/her third day confinement
the mutual aid of Php 100 will be collected from the members in which the Php 2,000
“emergency financial aid” given beforehand will be deducted from the total amount of
collection.”

Sec. 4 The association’s member shall be given hospitalization aid for only twice
within the whole school year.
 This amendment will be effective within seven days after being notified by posting in
the official Group Chat via Messenger of Limay National High School Faculty Members.
