PORTFOLIO MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Trusted business partner to one or more portfolio leadership teams, providing strategic
direction for prioritization and alignment to achieve business outcomes.
 Spearhead implementation of good Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices for the Tribes,
Squads & Delivery Teams – ensuring consistency and aligned ways of working
 Facilitates and lead the monthly and quarterly portfolio planning and prioritization for product
delivery; understands strategic direction and the significance of product requirements
 Facilitate portfolio governance efforts for agile transformation, including process improvement
to standardized practices
 Monitors, measure and improve delivery performance and metrics
 Collaborates with business and Finance to ensure consistency of reporting on financial, benefit
realization and value delivered

QUALIFICATIONS

 Educational Background – minimum qualification – graduate in any field | preferred –


Postgraduate / MBA in project management
 Minimum 5 years Agile Portfolio Management; with minimum 1 year people management
experience
 Certified/ trained with 2-3 years’ experience in Agile Lean Portfolio Management
 Experience using Agile program and team performance metrics to drive learning and continuous
improvement
 Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution
 Experience in report automation is an advantage
 Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills
