RESPONSIBILITIES
Trusted business partner to one or more portfolio leadership teams, providing strategic
direction for prioritization and alignment to achieve business outcomes.
Spearhead implementation of good Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices for the Tribes,
Squads & Delivery Teams – ensuring consistency and aligned ways of working
Facilitates and lead the monthly and quarterly portfolio planning and prioritization for product
delivery; understands strategic direction and the significance of product requirements
Facilitate portfolio governance efforts for agile transformation, including process improvement
to standardized practices
Monitors, measure and improve delivery performance and metrics
Collaborates with business and Finance to ensure consistency of reporting on financial, benefit
realization and value delivered
