undertaking entitled, “21st Century Classroom Teachers: Meeting the Challenge of
the Digital Era with Innovation and Creativity".

This questionnaire is about Digital Literacy and use of ICT by teachers in each
school, mainly focused on the frequency, quality and diversity of ICT use in teaching
and learning. With the current situation we are confronted with, the data that will be
gathered shall be used in formulating strategic interventions for all educators
through alternative modes of providing teaching and learning.
