 FADS tend to come and go very quickly, whereas
TRENDS tend to last for years or decades, evolving and
changing as they go.
EXAMPLES OF FADS
The initial adopters of FIDGET
SPINNERS were children’s and
teenagers who started using it in
Schools. They even began trading
and selling spinners. In some cases,
teachers had to confiscates spinners
from students.
