with us today. My name is PETER and this is my associate TOM.
TOM: It’s very nice to meet you both. It’s great to be able to meet
in person. Its lovely weather outside today isnt it? Hope you have
been enjoying the warmer weather.
FORMALITIES TOM

client’s perspective of the present case. We just want to
emphasise that we are here to listen to your client's perspective
and hopefully come to a mutually beneficial arrangement. Before
