About ASTA
ASTA, established in 1938, is a founding
member of the Short-Circuit Testing Liaison
(STL) and has held the secretariat of the
STL since its inception in 1969.

In 2007, ASTA was acquired by Intertek and
continues to offer a range of services to our
clients to support the global market access.
Our experts actively contribute to the
standard committees in the low and high
voltage fields at national and international
level.

As of 10th January 2020, the format of
ASTA Type Test Certificates has been
updated to align with our new brand.
