Steps for Job in Gulf:

 Job add in New paper / social media / friend etc.

 CV screening & scheduling of short list workers (via Table talk / Online at MS teams / Zoom)
 Issuance of offer letter by company for selected worker
 Submission of following doc. Via email to recruiter:
o CV (Resume) pdf / word
o Scan copy of academic certificates
o Scan copy of experience certificates
o Scan copy of CNIC, Passports, Driving license etc.
o Scan copy of signed offer letter
o Photo Soft copy
 Company will provide following doc. To recruiter:
o Authorization of Visa processing for subjected worker
o Visa copy
o List of issued visas with categories
o MOFA letter for subjected category visa
o Copy of Agreement b/w company & recruiter
 Book an appointment and do Medical for SA (https://www.gamcapakistan.com)
 Biometric from Eitmaad center (Eitmaad visa services)
 Submit followings to Recruiter for visa processing:
o Original Passports (all) with 02 color copies
o Original CNIC with 02 color copies
o Copy of exit paper (if already returned from gulf). In case of lost, pay PKR 6000 to
recruiter to get online copy
o 04-06 Passport size Photos
o Original Medical certificate (issued from GEMCA)
o Original biometric receipt (issued from Eitmaad center)
o Visa processing fee (as per commitment b/w company & member)
 Visa processing took 5-7 working days
 After issuance of VISA, Recruiter will call to member to come at designated location for visa
protector (https://beoe.gov.pk/protectorate-of-emigrant-offices)
 After protector recruiter will hand over passports, CNIC’s & flight ticket to member
 Fly to gulf

Note:

 As per visa category, Some companies required attested academic doc. From HSE & MOFA-PAK
 Contact with recruiter and make sure that your flight should be taken from (departure) as per
your agreed offer letter (like home town, capital city etc).
 Mostly recruiters booked a flight with gap of 24-30 HRs after visa protector. Make sure the
duration as per your agreed in offer letter / commitment with company
