Job Summary:
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for carrying out and managing the Khalo design
processes. You will collaborate with the cross-functional team, including developers and project
managers, to create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces.

Responsibilities:

➔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and

clients, to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
➔ Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design mockups to communicate design ideas
and concepts.
➔ Design and develop responsive web interfaces that are visually appealing and
user-friendly, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
➔ Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven
design decisions.
➔ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web
design and user experience.
➔ Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure design
consistency and quality across projects.
➔ Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
and requirements.
➔ Actively contribute to the improvement of design processes, tools, and workflows within
Khalo.
➔ Assist with non-design related tasks, such as gathering needed information in a table for
the artist card, when there are no design tickets assigned to you.
