As we continue to expand our horizons, we are actively seeking a talented UX

Designerwith a specialisation in User Research and experience in crafting Business
Requirement Documents (BRDs) to join our esteemed team. If you're passionate about

Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design:
• Be part of the design process with a primary focus on
understanding and prioritising user needs
• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys,
andusability testing.
• Persona Development:
• Create and refine user personas based on empirical research findings.
• Ensure that design decisions align with the diverse requirements of
ouruser base.
• Usability Testing:
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions to obtain actionable insights.
• Iteratively improve designs based on feedback from usability studies
anduser interviews.
• Journey Mapping:
• Develop comprehensive user journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Identify key touch-points and opportunities for refinement in the
userexperience.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

 • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and
otherstakeholders to integrate user-centric design principles.
• Communicate effectively to ensure a unified understanding of
userrequirements

• Business Requirement Document (BRD) Creation:

• Leverage your expertise to craft clear and concise Business
RequirementDocuments (BRDs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional and non-
functionalrequirements for design and development.
• Prototyping:
• Create interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate
designsolutions effectively.
• Leverage prototypes for validation and feedback from both internal
teamsand end-users.

Ǫualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UI / UX or equivalent

• Passion for User Research:

• Demonstrated passion for user research and a commitment to
utilizingresearch findings to drive design decisions.
• Experience:
• 1 plus years of proven experience in UX design with a strong emphasis
onuser research methodologies.
• Background in creating impactful and user-friendly interfaces.
• User-Centered Mindset:
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Ability to empathize with users and translate insights into
actionabledesign improvements.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies.

• Collaboration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams.
