Job Purpose:
•Manage and support multi-disciplinary team to create and deliver strong and engaging digital user
interface and interaction, from the design and ideation phases till production release.
•Manage and support the team to create storyboards, user need specifications, personas, use flow
scenarios, information architecture, flowcharts, interactive mock-ups, design prototypes, design
guidelines and specifications.
•Coach, educate and inspire a world class design team to create fascinating interfaces, graphic assets
and detailed screen layouts within ambitious and unique interior environment.
•Strive for maximum creativity and efficiency.
•Manage multiple tasks, monitor project progress and meet deadlines.
•Harmonize business management, production technology and aesthetic specifications, establish and
promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
•Bring consistency of visual language of CEER products while considering the specificity of automotive
environment and the brand.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Contribute to the definition of our design standards, culture and values.
•Develop and coach the Ceer way of thinking through brainstorming sessions.
•Partner with the strategy team to define and translate strategies into creative concepts.
•Contribute to the definition of the product portfolio (visual product plan) as part of the companywide
vision.
•Oversee quality of concepts across multiple project teams at weekly reviews.
•Lead and inspire the realization team to develop innovative feasible design solutions, from broad
concept development through to implementation.
•Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions at weekly exterior reviews.
•Provide strategic, innovative insights for the development of ‘customer’ deliverables.
•Deliver improvement, efficiency and effectiveness into all methodologies and deliverables.
•Lead executive level presentations.
•Define and lead cross function initiatives.
•Define criteria for the creation and assessment of the design standards & process.
•Conduct performance reviews as defined by the org chart.
•Champion the Ceer Design team & its philosophy both internally and externally.
•Communicate progress and critical issues to the Chief Design Officer.
•Lead by example. Be ‘the’ role model, live our values.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
•Education to Degree level minimum.
•Excellent verbal & written presentation skills.
•Excellent public speaking skills and press savvy.
•Excellent product strategy skills.
•Excellent project timing knowledge.
•PC literate. Word, Excel, PPT. Maintain expertise in design software packages (eg Photoshop).
•Delivered multiple exterior and interior programs from G0 to G4.
•Strong understanding of ergonomics, aerodynamic principles & legal requirements.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
•Self-motivated & self-reliant
•Ability to use own initiative when working under pressure.
•Adaptable with an incredible attention to detail.

Director, Exterior Realization Design
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
•Contribute to defining the department vision, lead the ext realisation teams & champion design.
