    Job Title: Manager/Architect- Dot Net

    Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Noida

    As a Manager/Architect, the development lead must have a solid experience in the design and
    implementation of complex enterprise-scale solutions based on .NET centric technologies, frameworks,
    libraries, architecture, and design patterns.

    Do you have the following?


    • .NET technologies - C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET Framework, Entity Framework
    • Web development - JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Angular, Knockout, HTML5, CSS3, Kendo UI (At
    least some UI experience is a must)
    • Messaging apps/libraries – RabbitMQ, NServiceBus
    • Database – SQL Server, TSQL, NO SQL technologies such as ElasticSearch
    • Domain Drive Design (DDD), SOLID Design Principles, Gang Of Four Design Patterns
    • Test driven development (TDD)
    • Azure DevOps
    • Monitoring – Splunk, Grafana, Service Insight, Service Pulse, Hangfire, Signal Sciences etc.
    • Reporting Software – SSRS, Power BI

    Roles and Responsibilities-

    • Drive the low-level technical designs for the Scrum Team and produce technical artifacts, as
    required
    • Assist dev team to resolve technical problems within the Scrum Team where needed
    • Ensure that code reviews occur, and the quality goals are being met
    • Partner with dev team to create spike solutions to evaluate solution approaches and design
    decisions
    • Partner with DBA to define the model constraints and data definitions
    • Partner with Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve any infrastructure/ DevOps
    issues or extend existing solutions
    • Partner with Engineering Lead and Architects on the quality compliance of the implementation
    • Partner with architects to refine the architectural, design and coding standards guidelines
    • Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners for backlog grooming and translating
    business requirements into systems design and getting all necessary clarifications
    • Partner with QA lead for test strategy definition
    • Partner with QA team to ensure testing coverage
    • Partner with SCRUM Master (and SPO) for Sprint planning, work estimation and on the progress
    of the implementation, open issues, and risks mitigation plans
    • Partner with cross track leads to identify and handle interdependencies
