Brand Authorization Agreement

This Agreement is made on 08th December, 2021 between:

STARATHLON SERVICE LTD, with the registration number of HE345107, address at Agias Sofias,
8021 PAPHOS, CYPRUS. (Hereinafter referred as “the Authorizer”)

AND
ZIBO RIKEN MT COATED ABRASIVES CO.,LTD, with the address of No.8, North Road, Hi-tech
Industrial Zone, Zibo,Shandong, 255086,China. (Hereinafter referred as “the Supplier”)

concluded the following terms for the authorization of the using for the brand “AVATAR”, with
details in the attachment No. 1)
1. The Authorizer allows the Supplier to use the design of the brand AVATAR, including the
logo, the design of the packing, etc only for the products of sandpaper and sand cloth.
2. The Supplier has the right to use this brand name and logo for the production of the
orders from the Authorizer only. The Supplier is not allowed to use the brand and logo as
well as the designs with the information of AVATAR for any other third party.
3. The brand AVATAR was registered in Europe as well as in China. Under the situation that
the Supplier does not comply with the rules in this agreement for the using of AVATAR,
the Authorizer has the right to lodge a claim, including but not limited to the economic
lost, the damage of the brand and the issue of copyright.

This agreement come into force from Jan-1-2021 to Dec-31,2025. Both parties shall respect
the rules in this agreement. If any dispute occurred during this period with regards to the using of
the brand AVATAR, both parties have the right to terminate the business with a written notice in
advance. The aggrieved party also has the right to seek for legal advise and help for a claim as
penalty to the other party.
