FP REQUIREMENTS

The requirements for steel for the construction sector is very

different from that of automotives, which TSL has traditionally
focused on. This led to unfulfilled demand by our customers of
Long Products who seek TSL’s quality in flats too

• Most construction companies require plates in a thickness range of

25mm-50mm. This coupled with a width of 2500 mm is ideal for
Infrastructural projects like Highways and Hydro.

• Companies involved in Industrial Segment require plates in thickness

above 50 mm for their special requirements in Industrial and Heavy
Engineering Products

• Tensile strength for steel requirements include 200 Mpa for

Infrastructural to 345 Mpa for Industrial

Slide 30
PRICING RECOMMENDATIONS
Implementing a pricing segmentation strategy to cater to different customer segments

Bundling products or services to provide more value to customers at a competitive

price point.

Communicate the value proposition and quality benefits to justify the premium
pricing for customers who prioritize quality over price.

Explore options for offering different pricing tiers or discounts for price-sensitive
customers without compromising on product quality

Evaluate the pricing strategy by considering market conditions, competitive pricing, and
customer preferences
