BCFSL is a non- government organization established in year 1988.This organization work on firefighting system. It has been
associated with semi and non-semi government organization and have successfully executed multiple project with reputed
clientele like NTPC, PGCIL, BHEL, and ONGC. This organization also work many international project. Office Located at Jasola
New Delhi.
Designation: Business development executive.

Job Responsibilities:

 Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed
sales targets for the business.
 Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative
manner.
 Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing
proposal.
 Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings, identify, and obtain further sales and
business development opportunities.
 Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender

 Attending on Site meeting with PMC and Client for any deviation on the Specification.
 Preparing of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress review reports of the Projects.

W.A.C is a M.E.P consulting company established from last 6-year’s .It has been associated with semi and non-semi
government organization and have successfully executed multiple project with reputed clientele. Office Located at Noida.

Designation: HVAC Design Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

 Project coordination to understand and meet client requirement.

 Doing Heat Load Calculation as per the layout provided by the client.
 Calculation of detail engineering as per data provided by the client or mentioned in tender based on which
equipment’s were selected and designing work starts.
 Preparation of HVAC Tender and BOQ.
 Preparation of drawings viz. Duct designing, Plant room layout, P&I Diagram.
 Approving Technical Submittals based of Tender Specifications.
 To take necessary approval from clients on the drawings.
 Doing feasible study of drawing provided by the consultant to optimize the cost.
 Arranging low side contractor.
 Negotiation meeting with vendors.
 Monitoring of project and preparing micro schedules and DPR.
 Inspection of Material as per approved QAP.
 Implementation of new technology and development to save the cost of the project.
