fabrication projects. BEC engineering has also supplying fabricated projects to Indian
railways, various power industries and mining sectors too.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Fabrication & Machining Inspection of Railway equipment and spares including

Child Components of various types of Bogies LHB Bogie (FIAT Type) LHB Bogie
Bolster, HTSC, WAG-7, WAG-9, GM Crank Case,16 Cylinder Engine Block etc.

 To make liaisons with Inspector & other Third-Party Inspector during the
inspection of the Jobs.

 Incoming Material’s Mill Test Certificate Verification as per QAP& Internal

Inspection as per Customer’s Demand.

 Welding Consumable Test Certificate Verification as per QAP .

.
  Knowledge of layout of structure and weld sequence, engineering design
concepts and practices.

 Knowledge of dimensional and other inspections of fabricated structure and

equipment

 Read the drawing (Detail/Isometric/P&ID) for Start the Work.

 Supervise the erection, alignment of equipment and all piping & utilities line.

 Follow the all Protocol for start the erection & Maintenance work

 Creating and maintaining a culture that value safety at site

 Forecasting equipment and material requiring to the project

 Maintain the daily Progress Maintenance schedule Report (DPR)

 As per Drg./Design required flushing and testing for equipment and pipeline

 Commissioning P.G. & Maintenance the total System.

 Store :- (1)Incoming material inspection.

(2) Lab Testing Work As per QAP & Customer Requirement.

MECHANICAL WORK : For Placement, Alignment and Cold & Hot

Trail of Equipment
: Checking of foundation with survey report/protocol for placement of equipment.
: Correct the foundation as per required level than place the equipment.
: Alignment activity of equipment and proper locking of equipment.
: Ready the alignment protocol and clearance for equipment Foundation grouting.
: If necessary action for testing and cold trial of equipment.

PIPING WORK : For Hydraulic,Lubrication,Cooling Water,Gas,and Utilities

: Supervision the pipe edge preparation, fit-up, Ground welding etc.

: Erection the pipe support as per required elevation.
: Place the pipe and complete alignment activity as per required.
: Weld. Visual, DP,RT,as per required specification.
: Arrangement of Pipe Flushing (Air/Water)
: Arrangement of Pipe Pickling (If required)
: Arrangement of Pressure testing (Water/Oil)
