• Partial LRT began Tuesday, August 8

between Blair Station to downtown

• 12 media availabilities
• 30 Councillor inquiries and briefings
• 40 memos/emails to Council
• 25-30 Outreach team members on site during service
hours
• Over 200 posts on social media
• Received feedback and made changes
