Additional Comments:  Needed outside records and dicom
information for previously treated prostate fields. Did an
excellent job obtaining the information, uploading it to the
planning system and creating a sum plan with both the
previous and current treatments for the physician to evaluate.

Contours the appropriate anatomy on the image data set.

Additional Comments:  MultiSite plan treating left ribs and
scapula and right hip and femur. Patient was previously treated
to the prostate so care was taken designing the fields to not
overlap the prior area of treatment.
