▮ CADAS ATS – Center Terminal

▮ Displays all pending messages in your currently
monitored mailboxes that might have to be
handled

▮ Displays all your mailboxes and their contents in
a folder view

▮ There are several possibilities to read a message
▮ In the text area of the main window
▮ In its own form, depending on the type of the selected message
▮ Click on the View icon or double click on the message to open it in its form

▮ Acknowledging Pending Messages


▮ Once an operator has read a message, she/he should acknowledge it
▮ By acknowledging a message, the operator tells the system that he took over the
responsibility for this message. The message then disappears from the current
Pending Message list but remains stored in the internal CADAS database and
can be retrieved again
▮ Click on the Ack icon to acknowledge a message

syntax and semantics. To be able to do so, it has to have
reference values which you can define in several Static
