▮ Monitor/Release Mailboxes
▮ To handle incoming traffic in your mailboxes, mailboxes have to be monitored
▮ To monitor/release mailboxes select System Æ Monitor/Release Mailboxes
▮ Find a list of all released mailboxes which are available for monitoring
▮ Select all released mailboxes, you want to monitor and click on the Monitor button
▮ Mailbox Status
▮ The Mailbox Status displays, whether a mailbox is monitored at this time
and how many pending messages are inside this mailbox
▮ To inspect the mailbox status select the menu item System Æ Mailbox

▮ Information within the Mailbox Status window
▮ Is a certain mailbox monitored or not
(Green = The mailbox is monitored; Red = The mailbox is not monitored)
▮ Who is monitoring the mailbox
▮ Number of pending messages in the mailbox
▮ Auto Read-Acknowledge
▮ Each new incoming message is held in the Pending Message list, until an operator
acknowledge it
▮ The system can be configured, to acknowledge these new messages automatically
▮ Select the menu item System
