Coaching Session: There was lots of coaching done in both schools during the

school year. One of them was done on lesson planning and the
other strategy on teacher student center approaches in
classroom. Class structure organizing.
Classroom Management Strategy to developing an effective classroom culture that will
effectuate learning outcomes, Observing teachers timing,
knowing each student by the name, making them participate
actively in class activity.
One-on-one Training was also done Cultivate lesson planning through practice base approach, and
work on teachers weakness.
Recording of Grades Points should be given for every work that is given to the
students
In person check Daily attendance is check both teachers and students

Tidiness of instructional and academic At the start of the school instructional and academic materials
materials are given to schools. These materials include: Textbook from 1 st
to 6th grades, chalk pens, lesson plan books, folders cartoons of
sheet, realm of poster sheet

Eos Engagement Monthly visit to the CEO & DEO offices are done, updating both
offices of what UMOVEMENT activities are. PTA engagement
and working with school administration.
Gender Focus The learning environment must be conductive for every child.
Every UMOVEMENT partnering schools has a gender focus
person trained by UMOVEMENT
Girls Club There are ten members in a club. At both schools and their
meetings are held on Wednesday during recess period
Principal Engagement To ensure the level of supervision on teachers and lesson
planning, proper filing, parents and school relationships and
record absenteeism.

Baseline and End-line Assessment At the beginning of the school there was baseline assessment in
literacy and numeracy and an end-line was also carried on in
literacy and numeracy.
