Education is a work of art that requires dedication, passion, and a safe
environment. Student success in my eyes is not rooted as an absolute explanatio,
but an individualized perception. I take extreme pride in my classroor and student
successes each day. I hold the idea that teaching is not only the work of a teacher,
but the work of paraprofessionals and students as well. I hold teamwork to a high
virtue in my classroom, and believe that everyone's opinions and ideas matter. My
personal experience in classroom management aims at creating a safe, comfortin,
