2. Do one axis at a time. 3. MDI. 4. OFS (offsets) Settings. 5. Parameter write to (1). 6. Go to parameter settings. 7. Call up parameter 01815. 8. Switch to handle. 9. Move axis by hand to zero point. 10.Switch to MDI. 11.Go to bit 4 on parameter 01815 and make it a (1). 7 6 5 4(APZ) 3 2 1 0 X 1 12.Switch machine off. 13.Switch machine on. 14.Repeat steps 6-10 for y axis. 7 6 5 4(APZ) 3 2 1 0 Y 1 15.Go to OFS (offsets) Settings. 16.Parameter write to (0). 17.Switch machine off. 18.Switch machine on and zero return and do warm up. 19.Re clock all X & Y offsets for jobs on machine.
