Writing Part 1:Email Writing

Dear Peter,
I am thankful to you for sending me an email. On the other hand, I am sorry for
not responding to your email as soon as I received it.

Absolutely, it is an incredibly great idea. However, as I have heard, Majestic

Hotel is more expensive than other hotels while it is one of the greatest hotels
here. Therefore, I reckon to have the party in “The Grand Hotel” since it is well
known for the best quality food and parties.

According to my point of view, you can buy something essential when

travelling as she is fond of travelling. How about buying her a professional
camera because when she is travelling, she can capture all sorts of
phenomenal places and things to keep them unforgettable. In addition, the
pictures will become clearer and easier to see.

I am regretful to say that I won’t be able to help with the preparations since I
am full of planned tasks on that day but I wish all the best for the party. Hence,
I will be so busy even I don’t know whether I will be able to eat or drink. It will
be so hectic.

I reckon to make the birthday cake as a representation of her most favoured

thing. I heard that she is an extreme lover of music, thus how about making a
piano-shaped birthday cake which is contained in two to three layers?
