Dear Sir,
We hereby authorize “Addmarc” (A unit of Leisure Promotion Pvt. Ltd.) to do a special
promotional campaign on our behalf in the form of privilege cards on the following terms and
conditions.

1. The offer in the form of privilege cards will be honored by us at “Click Collection The
Abode” Village Sakoh, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh 176215, India outlet only.

2. The validity of the cards will be up to Dec. 2023 from the date of issue to the customers.

3. “Addmarc” (A unit of Leisure promotion Pvt. Ltd.) is authorized to sell up to 1000

privilege cards @ Rs. 2999/- (Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only) per
card.

4. The amount collected from the sale of up to 1000 privilege cards will be shared with
“Click Collection The Abode” Village Sakoh, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh 176215,
India @ 5% per card on the sold number of cards only. The Management of “Click
Collection The Abode” Village Sakoh, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh 176215, India
will have no other claims apart from afore mentioned on the revenues generated,
whatsoever.

5. We hereby agree that we will not allow same/similar offer to anyone other than
“Addmarc” (A unit of Leisure Promotion Pvt. Ltd.) till this promotional campaign is on.

6. “Addmarc” (A unit of Leisure Promotion Pvt. Ltd.) will start the Promotional Campaign
by Aug. 2022.
