1. VISIT THE E-BUSINESS PORTAL

Applicants are strongly advised to check from time to time the e-Business portal for any
new notices related to the tender.

2. ACCESSING TENDER DOCUMENTS

This tender shall be issued by KPCHPC. However for ease of access, it shall be posted
on KOC e-Business portal and may be reached by following the string
www.kockw.com > eBusiness > KPCHPC Tenders > RFP- 2031460.

3. INFORMATION ON THE TENDER

The e-Business portal shall provide a brief information on the tender e.g. brief Scope of
Services, tentative tender issue and closing dates and closing dates for new applications
for participation in the tender.

4. APPLICANTS WISHING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER

Applicants wishing to participate in the tender shall download and complete the
accompanying exercises with all the required attachments and submit their response
before the closing date. The e-Business portal shall notify the closing date for
submission of applications to participate in the tender. No application shall be accepted
after the closing date.

5. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

Applicants shall download the exercises form from the e-Business portal and shall fill
and submit the form along with all the required attachments and submit their request at
the Contracts Teams Building in an envelope labeled as follows:

6. TENTATIVE BID ISSUE AND CLOSING DATES

The e-business portal shall show the tentative bid issue and closing dates.

7. TENDER FEE, BID BONDS, PERFORMANCE BONDS AND INSURANCE

The applicant are advised to keep in mind that there may be tender fee, bid bonds,
performance bonds and insurance requirements. Such details shall be communicated
with the qualified bidders at the time of Tender Issue.
