1. INVITATION
DNO Iraq AS (the “Company”) is pleased to invite you (the “Tenderer”) to submit your electronic (email)
bid quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (the “RFQ” No 14127 WOR 23120 – Dismantle and
Remove the existing pipeline in the RCR loading system from battery limit at Tawke-CPF-refinery in support
of its activities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, in accordance with Company’s general terms and
conditions, scope of work, specifications and other information provided in the accompanying email issued by
a nominated Company Supply Chain Specialist (the “Buyer”).
2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Please acknowledge receipt of this RFQ and your intention or refusal to bid by sending a return confirmation
email to the Buyer within two (2) days from the date of this RFQ.
Failure to reply will be considered as a decline to participate.

If applicable, Tenderer is notified that where it is responsible for the logistics and import of
materials and/or equipment, the following requirements are mandatory:-
• Freight forwarding activities can only be subcontracted to/performed by companies fully
registered on the MNR AVL Category PLW.2.2 (Expediting/Freight Forwarding
Services).
• Furthermore, it is expected that all companies have their valid tax certificate i.e. tax
certificate for 2021, valid till 31/12/21, can be used for import till June 2022, June being
the month that it is expected all companies to have received their tax certificates for
previous year.
Failure of the Tenderer to comply with the requirements of this article will lead to Tenderer’s
disqualification.

4. HSE
Where the RFQ scope entails services in KRI i.e. driver delivering goods to DNO warehouse or vendor onsite
support, Tenderer is notified that they are required to comply with Kurdistan Region – IRAQ, Council of
Ministers, Ministry of Interior, General Directorate of Divan, High Committee for Combating Coronavirus,
Number: 21701, Dated 25/10/2021 - Decree Number (31) of the year 2021.
• Those staff and workers, who are working in the Kurdistan private sector, will not be allowed to go to
work if not vaccinated.
Tenderers are advised that Company is obligated to consider any failure by a Tenderer to confirm this
compliance as a HSE disqualification from the tender process.
5. QUERIES OR COMMUNICATIONS
All queries or communications regarding the ITT shall be submitted by letter sent as an email attachment to
the following electronic addresses:

Each communication shall clearly state Tenderer's name and the Project title and shall be sequentially
numbered by query.
6. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS
Each Tender Package must be submitted electronically by two separate e-mails to the secure Company
Tender box e-mail address. One e-mail containing the Technical Unpriced Bid and one e-mail containing the
Commercial Priced Bid; clearly marked so in each subject header line.
Submission to be sent no later than the Tender Closing Date and shall be addressed to the below mentioned
email ID, clearly marked and identified:

13. CONFIDENTIALITY
All documentation issued by Company is Company’s exclusive property and shall be kept strictly confidential
by Tenderers and not disclosed to any persons other than those necessarily and directly involved in the
preparation and submission of Tenderer’s quotation.
