1.1:Creation of a "candidate persona" with project
managers, CTOs; and other hiring managers by
setting up soft and hard skills to find the most
suitable candidates at the right time after the
analysis of several metrics like the salaries in the
market vs. expectations (Keeping abreast of market
trends for battlecards or benchmarking); Offer
acceptance and rejection rates and time-to-fill for
each job category.

2.2:Talent Mining and Talent mapping across


countries and regions to uncover the best available
talent was my bread and butter.
I.Devise correct search strings with Boolean and X-
Ray was often used as a solution to a cross-channel
sourcing approach (Twitter; Stackoverflow;
Github; Meetup; Pipedrive ATS).

II.I got the opportunity to launch new automation


methods (inspired by previously used Sales and
lead generation methods) like data extraction from
the Internet and candidate contact enrichment
methods that allowed my team to streamline our
daily work charge, which impacted the offer
acceptance (30% increase) ,the cost-per-hire and a
significant reduction of time-to-fill (from 30 to 90
days) , explained by a new personalized kind of
outreach and the exponential growth of a cross-
channel database in the internal ATS , that helped
us contact our talents pools right after the
discussion and breakdown of the job req.
III.Secondly the preparation of tech and non-tech
interviews templates and then the udpate and
creation of the Interview Preparation Guidelines
for great candidates was always frequent .
Average of 20 interviews and 8-11 positions opened
on a weekly basis.

through compelling copywriting ,the design of the
of EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and the
creation of specific IT-related personas with the
collaboration of the Sales and Marketing team.
