Global Talent Sourcer, Product & Technology
Sourcing consultant for 6 Recruitment Business Partners (RBPs) in the business. Geography of sourcing: APAC, EMEA, NOAM.
My responsibilities include:
• Proactive sourcing: Pipelining, networking, headhunting, market mapping, etc;
• Upskilling sourcing consultants in the team; organising and running sourcing marathons with RBPs;
• Project work: Diversity Sourcing Strategies; structuring of the talent pipelining process in Greenhouse (ATS).
Some of the roles: SRE/DevOps, Software Engineers (Back-end, Full stack, Front-end, iOS, Salesforce, Security), Automation

I provided talent sourcing advice to the head of recruitment and liaised with the hiring managers to learn more about specifics of

This role was to manage end-to-end recruitment for IAG's Customer & Digital portfolio.
My duties and responsibilities included:
- Working closely with IAG technology leaders, managing innovate hiring solutions to enable effective recruitment of IT
talent;
- Proactively providing recruitment and selection strategy, market insights, marketing maps and proactive approaches;
- Taking IAG brand to IT market; offering top talent their next career step and place in the future of the brand;
- IAG has plenty of great news stories with Customer & Digital revolutionizing the way in which we connect and do
business;
- Proactive sourcing: Using different methods of social media; first point of contact for applicants, carry out first stage
screening, and present short list to the hiring manager;
- Project work: Supporting Diversity at IAG, Talent Attraction Resources webpage (intranet).
I was responsible for accounts management (end-to-end) and discovering superstars in hard-to-reach places. Working on one of
our functional staffing teams, I was playing the role of detective — using all kinds of tools and resources to uncover the best
untapped talent in the world.
My duties and responsibilities included:
- Planning recruitment strategies according to Orion’s business needs covering APAC, EMEA and North America
- Define and implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool, as well as improve staffing
processes and approaches;
- Source passive candidates through networking and direct sourcing - use linked in to set up projects and conduct Boolean
search;
- Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process;
- Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate;
- Propose and implement ongoing improvements to company recruitment efforts.
As a part of a small, but hard-working and supportive P&C team I was looking after recruitment in Dimension Data New Zealand;
this included Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Dunedin and Christchurch Offices. I covered all business units and also acted as a
sourcing advisor for a number of hard-to-fill roles.
As end-to-end recruiter with Downer I was mainly looking after roles in telecommunications. It was a high-volume position to
cover 70+ active roles across IT/Telco, Transport and Construction departments;
Specialised in placing candidates with the following skills: .NET, Java, C/C++, Python, PHP (Developers, Testers, Support), Oracle,
Unix/Linux, (Project managers, Analysts, Engineers, Support).

When I joined Flex in 2005 it was a fast growing recruitment company specialising in the areas of Accounting and Finance,
Pharma and Information Technology. I loved the idea of working in "People business" and specifically in IT. I was responsible for
admin department management and coaching along with sourcing candidates for a range of sectors to deliver exceptional people
for some top-notch businesses on the market.
Back in 2004 SAP had six IT business partners to support its "Business One" (SAP BO) solution in Russia. I joined one of them
straight after Uni. We were a young team of 6 developers, technical pre-sales and marketers and I loved the idea of using
modern ERP systems for small and medium businesses management. I was responsible for SAP BO sales, pre-sales and support.
