 Served as the first HR professional for the company, handling a wide range of HR
responsibilities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and
benefits, and training and development. Recruited and hired new employees,
managed the company's employee relations program, designed and implemented
the company's compensation and benefits program, and developed and delivered
training programs for employees.
 Spearhead end-to-end technology leadership hiring, focusing on senior director
(technical side) and engineering manager role for our fast-growing engineering

 Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top
technology leaders with diverse skill sets and experiences through different sourcing

based Google sheet attendance tracking system, and coordinated with managers to
create a system for approving and denying requests for excused absences. Trained
employees on company attendance policies during new hire orientation and
investigated and resolved attendance-related issues.
 Conducted one-on-one feedback sessions with all employees to gather insights on
how to improve the organization. Developed a list of questions to ask employees,
scheduled feedback sessions with employees at their convenience, listened
attentively to employee feedback and took notes, summarized employee feedback
