OCCUPATION DESCRIPTION
This job description shows the main responsibility that the person is assigned to
fulfill. Additional job or alteration could be made depending upon the site work
condition and necessity.

B. GOAL SETTING
Beside from the job description, the superior must agree on certain goals with the
subordinate. The goal shall be measurable, achievable and shall have a fixed time
frame. The goal shall support a higher level goal.
The goal setting are strive for zero lost time accident, minimize small accident
(frequency rate: Max. 5, Severity Rate Max. 10), deliver good HES performance on
the site and prepare presentable and professional document package

4. HORISONTAL RELATION : Operation Staff, Logistic staff
5a. JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Planning, scheduling, maintenance program of all equipments of PT.
Superkrane Mitra Utama at site (include subcontractor equipment).
b. Assist Operator / Site Coordinator in problem solving at site.
c. Monitoring Mechanic activity for daily activity at workshop and site
d. Monitoring availability sparepart & consumable for PM or CM service
program ( Related coordination with procurement & logistic )
e. Controlling request Sparepart & consumable from site. ( Related
coordination with procurement & logistic )
f. Monitoring system SMS for update readiness equipment
g. Inspection for Pre-Mob & Demob equipment
h. Inspection & Examination process guide for Migas, Minerba, & Depnaker
certification.
i. Control in/out lifting gear for project regulation Oil & Gas or Mining project (
Guide with the Maintenance Supv ).

6b. AUTHORITY
a. Monitoring for maintain equipment if equipment not perform operation.
b. To review of material & spare part if it does not requirement standard

D. MEASURE STANDARD
To work within or better that the following performance target:
a. Monthly report for the performance maintenance of all equipment to be
submitted on time.
b. Equipment performance available min. 80%.
c. All sub-ordinate working safely and follow the SMU regulation.
d. No damage material and No missing material
e. No complaint from clients.
