EXPERIMENT- 4

Aim:
TO draw the given solid model by using the creo

System Requirements:
intel Pentium IV 1.88GHZ
1 GB Ram
15 inch monitor
CREO

PREREQUISTE:
→Open the pro/e creo2.0 either using the desktop icon or using the program

menu.

→set the working directory as pre your choice.

→create a “new” file for part modeling.

→set the units to millimeter newton second by using the menu Setup-Units
mmNs.

PROCEDURE:
1) OPEN CREO PARAMETRIC .
2) Click on New file →then select path body then solid click on ok→select
mmns_part_solid_abs.
3) select plane then click on sketch → then after click on sketch view.
 4) click on center point rectangle → then draw a rectangle with given dimension →click
on “ok”
5) now click on extrude → given the depth is “15” → click on “ok”
6) select upper plane then draw circle with∅ 18 at four coner of the plane →click on “ok”.
7) now click on extrude → click on settings then select Renove material →given the depth
is “15” → click on “ok”.
8) now select upper plane then draw the circle with∅ 125 at center of the plane.
9) now click on extrude → given the depth is “85” → click on “ok”.

10) now select upper plane of the circlar body the click on sketch → draw a circle with  
13 then click ok
11) now click on extrude → click on settings then select Renove material →given the depth
is “50” → click on “ok”.
12) now click on pattern →change the dimensions to axis →then select the axis then give
1st direct ion members as 8 and angle between members as 30→ click on “ok”.
13) now draw the sketch of rectangular plane → click on “ok”.
14) now click on extrude → click on settings then select Renove material →given the depth
is “15” → click on “ok”.

RESULT:
Thus the given solid model is drawn in creo as per the dimensions.
