The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association Limited (the "Club") for the ship specified above have
been accepted and that the name(s) of the Member(s) named above has/have been entered in the Register of Members
of the Club.

This Certificate of Entry and the Rules of the Club together form the contract of insurance between the Member(s) named
above and the Club, and the cover provided by that insurance to the Member(s) named above shall be as specified in this
Certificate of Entry and in those Rules of the Club and the cover afforded to each entered ship shall continue until such
ship is sold or lost, or the ship withdrawn or the cover is otherwise terminated in accordance with the Rules of the Club in
force at the time of that withdrawal or termination.

Attention is drawn to Rule 5L & Rule 7 concerning the exclusion of the Insurance Act 2015 to the extent that it applies to
this insurance.

This Certificate of Entry is evidence only of the contract of indemnity insurance between the above named Member(s) and
the Club and shall not be construed as evidence of any undertaking, financial or otherwise, on the part of the Club to any
other party.

In the event that a Member named above tenders this Certificate of Entry as evidence of insurance under any applicable
law relating to financial responsibility, or otherwise shows or offers it to any other party as evidence of insurance, such
use of this Certificate of Entry by such Member is not to be taken as any indication that the Club thereby consents to act
as guarantor or to be sued directly in any jurisdiction whatsoever. The Club does not so consent.

Save as specified herein, words used in this Certificate of Entry shall have the same meaning as that given to them in the
Rules of the Club.

This insurance is subject to the Rules of the Club and the terms and conditions specified or referred to below.

Oil Pollution Limit

The Club's aggregate liability for any and all claims in respect of oil pollution is limited, in accordance with Rule 5B(ii), to
US$1,000 million any one event.

Wreck Removal Cover

Cover is provided for costs or expenses relating to the removal of wreck in accordance with Rule 2, Section 15.

Passenger/Seafarer Limit

The Club's aggregate liability for any and all claims is limited, in accordance with Rule 5B(iii), to US$2,000 million any one
event in respect of liability to Passengers and to US$3,000 million any one event in respect of liability to Passengers and
Seafarers.

Lightering Clause

It is agreed that from time to time vessels hereunder may be required to lighter cargo.
Cover hereunder is confirmed to allow lightering operations without prior notice to the Club, always subject to such
operations being a custom of the port.

Loss Payable Clause

Payment of any recovery to which Navarro International S.A. and Diamond S Shipping Inc. are entitled to make out of the
funds of the Club in respect of any liability, costs or expenses incurred by them shall be made to Navarro International
S.A. and Diamond S Shipping Inc. or to their order unless and until the Club receives notice from Nordea Bank Abp, New
York Branch that Navarro International S.A. and Diamond S Shipping Inc. are in default under the First Mortgage in which
event all recoveries shall thereafter be paid to Nordea Bank Abp, New York Branch or their order; provided that no liability
whatsoever shall attach to the Club, their Managers or their agents for failure to comply with the latter obligation until after
the expiry of two clear business days from receipt of such notice.

Liability to persons other than seafarers

it is agreed that from time to time superintendents, technicians/engineers and crew member's wives may board the
entered ship without declaration of such person(s) to the Club.

We confirm that the owners liability for illness, loss of life and injury to superintendents, technicians/engineers, will be
covered in accordance with the Rules of Club and the Member's terms of entry.

Collision Liabilities
Cover under Rule 2, Section 10(A) is for four fourths of collision liabilities

Italian seafarers

Italian seafarers covered in accordance with Italian law, without deductible.

The Member's recovery from the Club should be subject to the following deductibles:
$US 100,000 from collision and loss or damage to property claims under Rule 2, Sections 10 and 11, including all fees
costs and expenses, any one event.

$US 30,000 from all liabilities, costs and expenses arising under Rule 2, Section 17 per cargo carrying voyage, including
all fees, costs and expenses.
